PATCHS Online Consultation: Contact us online!

Non-urgent advice:

We need to emphasise the following. When you are asked to attend an appointment by a Doctor or Nurse, that will require face to face contact with MANY of our staff members including reception, nurses or doctors. YOU must let us know if you have any symptoms suggestive of COVID-19 virus.

These are predominantly a cough, temperature, and/or fatigue.

If you do not tell us or attempt to hide symptoms from us we are ALL at risk of becoming ill.

If a significant number of staff become ill the surgery may close.

This is a remote but possible scenario.

Please, please stay away, help is available by telephone or video and most routine face to face tests or treatments can wait until your symptoms have gone away.

Telephone: 01254 457595

The NHS will not use fax machines from April 2020. We will no longer be able to send or receive fax messages after 31st March 2020.

Please use one of our generic emails.
